### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Nov 9, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown/CPU position requiring 3\+ years of recent stepdown experience and a GA or compact RN license. ### **Details** * Step\-down/Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPU) setting * Cardiac telemetry and MS/Tele patient population including CVA and GI cases * Patient ratio of 1:5 * Uses Cerner EMR * Night shift schedule, 3x12\-hour shifts (7:00 PM\-7:00 AM) * Every other weekend required * Holiday coverage required ### **Requirements** * Active GA or compact RN license required (will not hire without license; if pending, proof of process required) * Current BLS and ACLS certifications required * Minimum 3\+ years of recent Stepdown experience required * Cerner EMR experience required * Experience with telemetry monitoring, IV starts, and intermediate/advanced feeding management required * Skilled in respiratory care including BiPAP/CPAP, chest tubes, HFNC, ABG interpretation, and tracheostomy care * IV therapy/phlebotomy skills including central line, PICC line, and peripheral line ca...
