**Registered Nurse (RN) Intermediate Care Unit** **Location:** Utica, NY **Job Type:** Contract **Contract:** 13 Weeks **Pay Rate: $ 1,700 To $ 1,900 per week** **Schedule:** Day Shift \| 6:30 AM 7:00 PM \| 12\-Hour Shifts **Experience:** Minimum 2 Years of Recent IMCU/PCU Experience Required **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Registered Nurse (RN) Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU/PCU)** for a 13\-week contract opportunity in Utica, New York. The RN will provide intermediate and progressive care to adult patients with complex neurological, cardiac, respiratory, trauma, and post\-operative conditions. **Responsibilities** * Assess and manage adult IMCU/PCU patients with neurological, cardiac, respiratory, trauma, and post\-operative conditions. * Provide nursing care for patients requiring temporary pacemakers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, high\-flow respiratory support, and chronic ventilator management. * Monitor patient condition, recognize clinical deterioration, and initiate appropriate interventions and escalation of care. * Administer medications and treatments and collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare profess...
