Cheil USA/CRM Data \& Analytics Position Title: **Senior Data Analyst, CRM \& Digital Analytics** Client account: Samsung Location: Plano, TX / Hybrid Team: CRM Data \& Analytics (Data\-driven Strategy), reporting to the Data Lead Type: Full\-Time Start Date: Immediate Position Overview The **Senior Data Analyst** turns Samsung Mobile (MX) customer and campaign data into decisions the CRM strategy can act on. The role owns lifecycle analysis, propensity modelling and performance forecasting, and also owns digital and cross\-channel analytics for the program: the measurement framework, tracking, test design, and a connected read of CRM, onsite, search, social and paid media data. You will be the analytical partner to the Strategy Lead and the senior voice on performance in front of the client. **Key Responsibilities** **Lifecycle and customer insight** * Analyze the customer lifecycle to find growth, upgrade and retention opportunities. * Deliver pre\-campaign analysis that shapes audience, offer and touch structure. **Propensity modelling and segmentation** * Build and maintain propensity models for retention, churn and switching using Python and machine learning methods. * Use mod...
