**JOB TITLE:** Retail Web Specialist **DEPARTMENT:** Museum Shop **REPORTS TO:** Director, Retail Operations **CLASSIFICATION:** Part\-Time, Non\-Exempt **REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:** Occasional GENERAL SUMMARY Under the guidance of the Director, Retail Operations, the Retail Web Specialist is responsible for driving revenue through a subset of selling channels within the larger retail operation, the largest of which is the e\-commerce channel. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Maintain the retail department’s digital web presence in alignment with retail strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. * Support Director with budget goals and building strategies for content, merchandising, marketing in the digital spaces Analyze data to guide decision\-making, including an understanding of retail sales data using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system reporting (Heartland Retail), Big Commerce Analytics, and email marketing analytics. * Monitor customer service email support for the Web Shop, responding to customer inquiries, and providing timely, professional assistance through the Web Shop email. * Ensure the effective implementation of web merchandising strategies, including product categori...
