**JOB DESCRIPTION** The Controls Management team is seeking an ED\-level candidate to serve as a key member of the **CIB Controls Transformation \& Strategy team** — a high\-impact group at the forefront of redefining how Controls Management operates across the Commercial \& Investment Bank. Our team is driving the optimization of the Commercial Investment Banking Controls Management operating model, ensuring seamless and effective execution across lines of business while harnessing innovative technologies, including AI, to elevate the organization's Controls Management capabilities. As a Controls Transformation \& Strategy Lead within the controls Management team, you will play a central part in shaping and delivering transformational controls management initiatives that span the full breadth of the Commercial \& Investment Banking.
