Marina Security Services is a minority\-owned and operated firm specializing in security services. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Account Manager to help lead a 24/7 unarmed security program at a commercial airport in the Inland Empire. This role works the shift opposite the Account Manager, provides after\-hours oversight, and leads the account in the Account Manager's absence. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on field leader who builds strong relationships with airport staff, law enforcement, and a diverse team of security officers. This is a full\-time, salaried, on\-site leadership position dedicated to a single account, requiring a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide evening and weekend leadership on the shift opposite the Account Manager, and assume full account leadership when the Account Manager is unavailable. * Supervise shift leads and security officers through daily scheduled and unscheduled post visits and uniform and post inspections. * Build and maintain schedules and post assignments, coordinate relief coverage, and fill call\-offs and vacancies within required response times. * Monitor radio communications, enforce r...
