**What to Expect** The Tool Install Logistics Coordinator role at the GFTX Cell Manufacturing facility is pivotal in managing the influx of thousands of parts, materials, and manufacturing/construction equipment at multiple construction sites, ensuring seamless acceptance, verification, organization, storage, inventory, and delivery to installation teams. You will operate a wide range of mobile equipment to transport equipment and materials. You will play a critical role in coordination to ensure execution of first principals in logistics. This role will require 50% travel to multiple sites. **What You'll Do** * Establish and manage Material Requisition Request (MREQ): Set up MREQs across sites, oversee quality control, report damaged items, and verify arrivals against POs/POCs. Coordinate and manage the receipt and documentation of incoming materials, tools and manufacturing equipment * Daily updates to the Master Inventory spreadsheet, stock consumables, tools and equipment tracker; create inventory reports, BOMs, packing lists, and PODs * Required to prepare the materials before loading, set up the rigging equipment, operate the heavy equipment machinery, and dismantle the riggi...
