We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Investor Services Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. **In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:** * Conducts, analyzes, and reports on transfer agency operations activities for clients of moderate complexity * Leads client onboarding and internal conversions * Conducts key metric reporting and consults on daily Transfer Agency processes Assists management in day\-to\-day business operations, resolving escalated issues and improving productivity through review of processes and procedures * **To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:** * Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required * 3\-5 years of total work experience preferred * Experience in transfer agency operations preferred * Leads project management initiatives and onboarding for new clients
