**Social Media \& Employee Experience Coordinator** Allen Turner Automotive is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media \& Employee Experience Coordinator to strengthen our reputation as both an employer and an automotive retailer across our Northwest Florida dealerships in Pensacola and Crestview. This role connects employee engagement, internal communications, social media, and community involvement to help ensure the experience we promote reflects the experience we provide. Working under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer and HR Director, this individual will highlight our people, celebrate employee accomplishments, coordinate events, and create content that builds trust with employees, customers, and the community.
