**Basic Function:**Responsible for drafting internal and external financial reporting documents, including SEC reporting and overseeing Sarbanes\-Oxley processes for the Company. Supervises certain other areas in the Finance and Accounting Department and supports the CFO and CEO with strategic financial analysis as required. **Compliance:** * Prepare internal and external financial reporting, including financial reports required to be filed with the SEC, financial statements to be provided to lenders or others (at both the consolidated and separate company level) in accordance with GAAP or as required by users for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. * Oversee and maintain the audit and reporting calendar. * Prepare Section 16 reports required for SEC filing. **Audits \& Inquiries:** * Manage all financial statement audits and field exams. * Coordinate providing required documents to efficiently and effectively respond to auditors and examiners and manage relationships with auditors and field examiners to control scope of audit or field exam. **Sarbanes\-Oxley Compliance:** * Supervise the coordination and management of internal testing for SOX section 404 compliance....
