Description

Wilson\-McShane Corporation, a third\-party administrator for Taft Hartley funds, is seeking a full\-time COBOL Programmer in our Bloomington, MN office. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Consults with supervisor, team members, and end users to gather program specifications including requirements, functionality, and features. * Creates programs according to specifications from supervisor, team members, and end users. * Writes and maintains program, process, and systems documentation. * Designs and creates user interface screens, reports, and system interfaces. * Maintains and modifies existing programs as necessary to implement corrections, modifications, and/or enhancements. * Other duties as assigned. The schedule is 8am\-5pm, Monday\-Friday with a 1\-hour lunch and the position offers a hybrid schedule pending the completion of the initial training process.
