**Homewood Living Martinsburg** **Shift:** **Status: Full\-Time** **Salary: 90000 \- 120000 Annually** **Position Summary** The Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) holds full licensure and administrative responsibility for the skilled nursing facility (health care center), ensuring high\-quality, resident\-centered care in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. The NHA directs the health care center's leadership team, including the Director of Nursing, to ensure coordinated, resident\-centered operations.
