GENERAL MANAGER Darby Creek Golf Course \& The Ridge Golf \& Gardens Central Ohio The Opportunity Darby Creek Golf Course and The Ridge Golf \& Gardens are seeking an experienced, motivated General Manager to oversee the operations and financial performance of both properties. This is a senior leadership position with significant responsibility and autonomy. The General Manager will work closely with ownership to turn the vision for both properties into results while leading anestablished and experienced management team already in place. We are not looking for someone who believes being a great GM means personally doing everyone else’s job. We are looking for a leader of leaders—someone who can establish expectations, support talented managers, hold people accountable, understand the numbers, recognize opportunities, solve problems, and make sure two complex businesses operate successfully without requiring constant involvement from ownership.
