This position is responsible for assisting internal and external customers, managing inventory, and processing orders. **ESSENTIAL** **DUTIES** **Inventory Support** * Assist with inventory management to avoid surplus and obsolete stock. * Ground and freight shipments. * Maintain the parts database with accurate parts descriptions, pricing, pictures, and correct quantities. * Manage the parts inventory database and the content that is uploaded to the company website and eBay. * Oversee the ordering of monthly PM filters for the service team. **Parts Support** * Provide research to customers with parts information by utilizing all available resources. * Manage the parts listings on SalesForce and make sure parts are being added and removed once sold. * Assist with p...
