**Position Overview** ===================== Reporting to the Manager of Business Support, the Capex Analyst is a key member of the Finance organization, providing financial support to Asset Protection. The Business Support team leads critical financial processes, including month\-end journal entries and supporting workpapers, annual budget development, and accurate monthly forecasting. In doing so, the team is also responsible for preparing detailed variance analyses and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership across Finance and operational functions. In addition, the team provides ad\-hoc financial modeling and business case support as needed. The responsibilities of this role include working with the operational departments in developing accurate capex budgets and monthly capex forecasts; preparing capital expenditure requisitions (CERs) and return on investment (ROI) calculations for capex projects; overseeing the procurement process (Purchase Order creation and invoice matching) for capital projects; leading month\-end close accrual entries; preparing detailed variance analyses and presenting forecast updates to senior leadership.
