**Summary** ----------- The Clinical Pharmacist (Clinic Support) serves the oncology/hematology service by performing clinic and outpatient pharmaceutical care including implementing, assessing, monitoring, and documenting therapeutic plans. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for interpretation of provider orders, prescription order/entry/completion, medication compounding, and more.
