As a General Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive new membership sales and grow the club’s member base through consistent prospecting, lead follow up, tours, and closing. In addition to membership sales, you will maximize revenue per member by scheduling and promoting Fitness Consultations for both new and existing members. This role is highly visible and hands\-on.
