About UHP UHP — Unlock Human Potential is building a new category of education centered around whole\-human experiential vocational training, leadership development, and purpose\-driven transformation. UHP serves veterans, transitioning service members, and purpose\-driven individuals through immersive programs that integrate human performance, leadership, wellness, vocational skills, and personal growth. We are not a traditional university, gym, military program, or trade school — we are building a scalable human development institution designed for the future workforce. **The Opportunity** UHP runs its entire prospective\-student journey on HubSpot, from first touch through admissions, enrollment, and handoff to campus. Zapier, Make, PandaDoc, landing pages, and our phone system all feed into it. The system works, but it has grown faster than one person can maintain, and documentation hasn't kept up. This is UHP's first dedicated Revenue Operations (RevOps) role. You'll learn how the system works today, stabilize and document it, and then make it more reliable, measurable, and scalable as enrollment grows....
