**General Role Description** Develop, execute, manage, and continuously optimize the comprehensive marketing communications program for your assigned business units (BUs). **Role Accountabilities** * Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies that support business objectives, strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels * Create and deliver effective marketing campaigns, content, communications, and promotional activities that align with organizational goals in collaboration with the business units * Develop and recommend creative ideas related to Company branding activities and execute * Track, evaluate, and report marketing performance against objectives and targets on at least a quarterly basis and make improvement recommendations * Advise parent and group companies to ensure that all activities follow parent company branding objectives * Consult business units and manage advertising agency in the creation and maintenance of the Company’s online and social media presence * Define, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvem...
