Position Summary: NV5 Engineers and Consultants, Inc., is seeking a **Roadway Group Manager** based out of our **Alpharetta, GA** office. This position will manage the transportation (roadway design) staff and projects. The Group Manager will also ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and of the highest quality while maintaining positive client relationships. Responsibilities: * Establish, maintain and monitor schedules, budgets and staffing for projects. * Mentor and train employees. * Responsible for creating and executing business plans for the group. * Responsible for marketing NV5 to GDOT, local municipalities and other potential clients to obtain new contracts. * Participate in professional associations and societies. * Work with Director of Infrastructure to achieve department goals. * Complete other assignments as determined by the Director. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * Georgia PE license, or ability to obtain within 6 months * Minimum of 15\+ years experience in transportation engineering * Minimum of 2 years of previous management experience or 5 years of project management experience * Established relationships with busines...
