This role operates under close supervision and serves in a developmental capacity with opportunities for structured mentorship from senior engineering staff. **Engineer II:** Manage engineering tasks under the direction of a licensed Professional Engineer, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This position may assist in mentoring Engineer I employees. **Engineer III:** Under limited supervision, this position will lead engineering analysis, design, contract administration, and management of City projects and programs.
