**Overview** This is for an Accounts Receivable Staff Accountant. You will work in tandem with another staff accountant and Controller. Recent college graduates will be considered. The basics are; keeping financial records accurate and organized while supporting day\-to\-day accounting operations. You’ll prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and help maintain reliable financial reports. Your impact: Accurate records and timely reconciliations help colleagues make informed decisions and support dependable service for customers and business partners. **Duties** * Supervise A/R Clerk * Accountable for collections, daily ticket processing and customer payments * State Construction Registry filing * Assist other material division with customer related questions * Determine creditworthiness of new customers * Generate invoices for jobs * Bank reconciliations * Assist Engineering department with customer related questions * Backup when other Staff Accountant is away * Assist with monthly sales tax return * Other duties as required by the Controller **Skills** * Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management * Proficient in MS Office programs * Strong communication...
