**Your Job** Flint Hills Resources is seeking a **Sr. Analyst, Fixed Assets** to join our team in Wichita, KS. This role will enable accurate, timely, and insightful fixed asset accounting and reporting that supports business decisions, compliance, and value creation. Partner across the organization to solve problems, leverage technology and AI, continuously improve processes, and deliver insights that help the business succeed. **What You Will Do** * Own the integrity of fixed asset accounting, reporting, and financial controls in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company economic principles, including monthly close activities, reconciliations, and compliance with quarterly and annual reporting requirements * Provide accurate fixed asset reporting, analytics, depreciation forecasts, and recommendations that support business planning, decision\-making, and value creation * Oversee the full lifecycle of turnaround spend, ensuring accurate tracking, capitalization, reporting, analysis, and continuous process improvement * Build trusted partnerships across accounting, tax, operations, compliance, and other capabilities to solve problems, influence decisions, and identify opportunities to ...
