In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient management of vehicle and equipment breakdowns during night shifts, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage the breakdown recovery process. * Answer phone calls at night for driver breakdowns. * Communicate effectively with drivers, and team members to coordinate repairs or replacements promptly. * Maintain detailed logs of breakdown incidents, repair actions taken, and inventory adjustments for accountability and reporting purposes. **Requirements** * Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely while following guidelines. * Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy. * Familiarity with safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation. * Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and external partners during breakdown situations.
