The GM directly oversees Cashiers, Expo, Cooks, and Shift Leads, fostering a positive, fast\-paced environment focused on exceptional plant\-based hospitality, operational excellence, and team development. By leading by example, the General Manager ensures that guest satisfaction, food safety, profit goals, and brand standards are consistently met or exceeded.
