We help people across Minnesota choose and use Community First Services and Supports (CFSS): model education, Service Delivery Plans, and ongoing consultation support. About the role You'll work directly with CFSS participants and their families. You'll explain their CFSS options, help write and review Service Delivery Plans, document each session, and support people under our Lead Employee. Sessions are in person and/or remote across Minnesota. New consultants complete orientation and shadowing before taking their own caseload. This is a consultation staff role, not a participant support\-worker (PCA) job. Languages (preferred, not required) We serve families in their own language. Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish, Arabic, Lao, Karen, Vietnamese, or another language spoken in Minnesota communities are strongly preferred.
