**JOB SUMMARY** =============== The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the development and implementation of curated event experiences for owners and guests within a designated region. Leads the day\-to\-day execution of event marketing operations, including the planning, coordination, and hosting of events that drive owner and guest engagement, lead generation, and tour production. This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate, and the ability to work across multiple on\-site and off\-site event locations throughout the assigned region. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, event results, and operational reports to evaluate event effectiveness, lead generation goals, and overall marketing performance.
