**Inside Sales and Customer Account Coordinator** Meridian Cable · St. Augustine, Florida · On\-site · Full\-time Meridian Cable designs and manufactures custom cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and coil cords for OEMs in industries such as industrial controls, telecom, medical devices, and robotics. This person is the day\-to\-day contact for new and existing customers: answering inquiries, preparing quotes and orders, and keeping each account moving between the customer and our engineering, quality, shipping, and accounting teams. **What you will do** * Handle new leads by phone and email, explain our products and process, and qualify what the customer needs. * Prepare quotes, sales\-order acknowledgements, and invoices, and follow up until the order is clear and the customer is updated. * Responsible for group of accounts: check in on open orders, delivery timing, and repeat needs, and keep notes current in our customer system. * Coordinate with engineering, quality, shipping, and accounting so questions and problems are resolved in a timely manner. * Keep a monthly sale and lead report. **What you bring** * Clear spoken and written English.
