The Direct Marketing team is looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to turn campaign and customer data into clear, actionable guidance for our direct\-to\-consumer auto insurance marketing programs. You'll own analysis end\-to\-end — from pulling and modeling the data, to building the dashboards and reports stakeholders rely on, to presenting recommendations that shape media spend, channel mix, and campaign strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, build, and maintain reporting and dashboards that track customer engagement and campaign performance across channels (digital, direct mail, paid search, affiliate, and more) * Provide analytics and actionable insights on the end\-to\-end Direct Sales funnel – from landing to sale – and provide concrete recommendations to optimize Customer Experience * Analyze campaign results and customer acquisition data to identify trends, measure ROI, and recommend ways to improve efficiency and conversion * Partner with marketing channel owners to scope reporting needs, define KPIs, and translate business questions into analytical approaches * Support marketing mix and channel attribution modeling, and help evaluate test\-and\-learn campaign results ...
