Description: The Parts Sales Specialist serves as a key customer contact and trusted advisor for Virnig Manufacturing’s dealer network and end users. This position combines customer service, product knowledge, and proactive inside sales to grow aftermarket parts revenue, strengthen dealer relationships, and help customers find the right parts and solutions to keep their equipment running. This role supports Virnig’s dealer network through quoting, order processing, product support, and proactive outbound calls to existing customers and dealers. The Parts Sales Specialist works closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Shipping to deliver accurate, timely solutions and an exceptional customer experience.
