**About EcoPools** We build high\-end gunite and fiberglass pools across Sarasota and Manatee Counties. We also run full renovations. We are a licensed Florida pool contractor (CPC1460982\) with 25\+ years in the trade. We are growing fast and we need a project manager who can run jobs the way we do: clean, on schedule, and done right the first time. **The Role** You own the build from contract to final inspection. You run the schedule, the subs, the inspections, and the client. Our owner steps back from day\-to\-day job management and you step in. **What You Will Do** * Run 6 to 10 active pool builds and renovations at a time * Build and hold the schedule for every job. Dig, steel, shell, plumbing, electrical, tile, deck, equipment, plaster, start\-up * Line up subs and inspections so nothing sits idle * Walk every job and catch problems before they cost money * Pull permits and work with county inspectors, engineers, and HOAs * Keep the client informed with weekly updates and no surprises * Manage change orders and keep every job on budget * Order materials and confirm deliveries * Document every job in JobTread and CompanyCam * Close out jobs clean.
