Responsibilities: Related Management is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join us at a 656\-unit affordable community in Chicago, IL. **Compensation**: $27\.23/Hour **Schedule: Monday\-Friday, 8:00\-5:00p** At Related Management Company (RMC), Maintenance Technicians perform essential work to keep their properties in great shape. Your skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other areas will help your property team better prepare vacant units for occupancy, making more units available faster to those eligible for affordable housing in your community. You’ll demonstrate pride in your building by completing service requests in a timely manner, interacting with residents, and keeping your property’s systems in good working order.
