#### **Position Summary** The Marketing and Engagement Lead is responsible for the successful advancement of Blue Zones Project within the people sector. This person will manage event planning, design, and production within time and budget limits. This person will develop strategies to maximize the participation and engagement of individuals and partner organizations in Blue Zones Project events and activities while representing stakeholder brands in a positive light. This person will also be responsible for all marketing, both digital and print. This role is responsible for leading partnerships with volunteer organizations and overseeing volunteer recruitment and training. #### **Essential Functions** * Works with the local Blue Zones Project team, community leaders, media and other partners to create and implement a successful engagement plan in the community. * Leads and manages local marketing, advertising/earned media, public relations, social media and production activities and tasks related to the implementation of the community marketing plan. * Creates communitybased grassroots strategies and coordinates delivery of supporting materials. * Plan, create, and deploy social m...
