**Looma Background** Looma is an in\-store digital media platform focused on storytelling, education, and recommendations. Their network of in\-store screens helps retailers better modernize and monetize their stores, while enabling brands to tell their story directly at the point of decision. All content that airs on Looma's network is produced or edited by Relay™, their global network of independent filmmakers, editors, and other creators who specialize in point\-of\-decision content. **Position Summary** Looma is growing fast. We're adding new national retailers and expanding with existing partners, and every new program means hundreds or thousands of stores, multiple hardware and install vendors, and a retailer team counting on us to launch on time. The Senior Implementation Manager will own these deployments end to end. This is a senior, hands\-on role. You'll independently run our largest and most complex rollouts with our most important partners. You won't just track the plan; you'll write the playbooks, solve the problems blocking the work, and be the person retailers and vendors trust to get it done.
