**MOBILITY PLUS** **GENERAL MANAGER \- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT \& OPERATIONS** Mobility Plus Lithia Springs ***Go Where You Want to Go.®*** Location 351 Thornton Road, Suite 115, Lithia Springs, Georgia 30122 Reports To Owner Employment Status Full\-Time Phone 770\-999\-1524 ***Regular GM Schedule:*** Monday\-Friday, 9:30 a.m.\-5:30 p.m. Occasional Saturdays 10:00 a.m.\-2:00 p.m. ***Store Hours:*** Monday\-Friday, 10:00 a.m.\-6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 10:00 a.m.\-2:00 p.m. ***Starting Base Salary:*** $42,000 annually ($3,500 per month) ***Schedule \& Coverage:*** The General Manager is responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing and store coverage through closing. When qualified closing coverage is unavailable, the General Manager may need to adjust their schedule. Occasional networking events, health fairs, training, customer appointments, and community outreach may be required based on business needs. ***Compensation:*** The position may be eligible for performance\-based incentive compensation as the company achieves established financial and operational goals.
