**Position Responsibilities****:** * Utilize transportation management system to create and update load diagrams that promote operational efficiency and ensure safety standards are met * Gather and prepare data for various operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting * Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery * Timely completion of Plan Stops/No Actual (PSNAs) to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation * Daily execution of Unassigned Vehicle Activity (UVA) tasks in XRS to track and manage vehicle assignments effectively * Conduct daily camera review processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity * Other projects or duties as assigned **Required** **Education** **and Experience:** * High School Diploma or General Education Diploma with 2 to 4 years of related experience
