Estimator – Siding \& Masonry Job Type: Full\-timeWork Location: In\-office Marty Jones Exteriors is seeking a motivated Estimator to support our siding and masonry estimating operations. This is an in\-office position focused on completing material takeoffs, reviewing construction drawings and assisting our Senior Estimator with preparing accurate, competitive proposals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with field construction experience who wants to transition into estimating and develop a long\-term career with a growing exterior construction company. Responsibilities * Review architectural plans, specifications and project documents * Complete detailed siding and masonry quantity takeoffs * Assist the Senior Estimator with pricing, scopes of work and proposal preparation * Identify missing information, scope conflicts and potential project risks * Request and organize pricing from suppliers and subcontractors * Maintain estimating files, bid documents and project records * Track bid invitations, deadlines, addenda and proposal submissions * Communicate with project managers, general contractors, suppliers and field personnel * Attend pre\-bid meetings and occasional...
