The Site\-Safety Coordinator supports the Corporate Safety Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent by monitoring jobsite safety, conducting inspections, facilitating training, and ensuring compliance with Langston’s safety policies and regulatory requirements. This role provides daily field presence, identifies hazards, supports corrective actions, and promotes a positive safety culture. The Site\-Safety Coordinator works closely with crews, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure safe work practices across all project activities. All candidates must be able to travel **Essential Functions:****Safety Oversight \& Field Presence:*** Conduct daily site safety inspections and document findings. * Identify hazards and support corrective actions with field leadership. * Monitor work activities and ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and company safety requirements. * Review daily JSTA documents and verify updates when tasks or conditions change. * Observe crews and subcontractors during work activities and provide coaching as needed. **Training \& Orientation:*** Conduct site specific safety orientations for employees, subcontractors, visitors, and client representati...
