**Your Job** DEPCOM Power has an immediate need for a Civil Scope Engineer. This role sits within DEPCOM's Civil \& Structural Engineering capability and supports utility\-scale solar and energy storage projects from target development through construction. The primary function of this role is to provide civil scope certainty by translating engineering requirements, site constraints, estimates, design assumptions, owner commitments, obtained permit requirements, and field needs into clear, executable scope. The role is field\-first, safety\- and environmentally\-compliance focused, commitment\-driven, cost\-conscious, and customer\-aware. The selected individual will create value by contributing to the clarity, completeness, traceability, and field readiness of civil scope across estimating, engineering, project engineering, construction, environmental, and commercial interfaces.
