OVERVIEW: The **Content Manager** leads Merrick's content team and oversees the development, execution, and optimization of content that supports company\-wide marketing, communications, brand, recruiting, and thought leadership initiatives. Working closely with marketing leadership, business unit leaders, and subject matter experts, the Content Manager ensures content strategies align with business objectives, brand standards, and evolving digital marketing best practices. The position manages a team of writers, a social media coordinator, and marketing coordinator and translates complex technical information into compelling content that engages target audiences and supports strategic goals.
