**Position: Director of Advancement** **Department:** Advancement **Reports to:** Chief Advancement Officer **Position Summary** The Director of Advancement reports to and serves as a senior strategic partner for the Chief Advancement Officer, providing high\-level coordination, analysis, and execution support to advance PAL’s fundraising, campaign, and Board engagement priorities. This role is designed to strengthen organizational alignment, accountability, and momentum during a period of growth and transition. The Director works closely with the Advancement team and across functional areas to ensure that major initiatives, campaigns, and donor strategies are effectively planned, resourced, and executed.
