Producer Labs is a music marketing agency in Los Angeles working with major and independent labels, management companies and artists across paid media, creator campaigns and clipping. We're hiring a Director of Digital Marketing to own client relationships and campaign strategy across all of it, and to grow with us into new areas, including our label work. You'll be the senior voice to label and management teams: deciding which mix of paid ads, creators and edits fits a release, selling it in plain terms, and growing budgets when results earn it. Campaign setup is handled by our team and AI tooling, so your time goes to clients, strategy, creative direction and A\&R\-adjacent work as it comes up. This role is for someone who wants music to be their career, not a stop on the way to something else. We're an early, fast\-moving team, so the scope will shift as we grow.
