We are searching for Temporary Licensed Nursing Home administrators to build bench strength in the event that a position becomes temporarily opened or we simply need additional assistance. The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the day to day operations to include Operations, Clinical, HR functions, Training and Regulatory requirements, to name a few key areas. The candidate **MUST HAVE A NURSING HOME LICENSE** active in OK. The best candidate will have a proven track record in leading change and adjustments of a facility under the current operating environgment of state and federal requirements.
