Description: **Purpose:** Westrafo America is seeking an experienced and hands\-on Controller to lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial controls for our growing electrical transformer manufacturing operation. As a startup manufacturing facility, this role requires a finance leader who can build processes from the ground up, establish strong internal controls, support operational decision\-making, and serve as a key business partner to local leadership and our parent company in Italy. The Controller will serve as the primary financial liaison between the U.S. operation, the Italian parent company, and the organization’s investment partners. This individual must be comfortable presenting financial results, forecasts, cash flow analyses, capital expenditure requests, and business performance metrics to international stakeholders.
