HarmonyTech is currently looking for a talented and self\-motivated Program Manager with the ability to work in a challenging, consultative, and collaborative environment. The Program Manager will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and will be responsible for overall project communications with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Government staff. The role will oversee project implementation, resource activities, milestones, deliverables, issue tracking, schedules, upgrades, migrations, and project reporting.
