Job description: We are seeking a skilled and organized **Team Leader / Project Manager** to oversee our field operations. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing project blueprints, managing a dedicated team of **3 installers**, and ensuring that every job is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.If you have a strong technical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to precision, we want you on our team. **Key Responsibilities** * **Plan \& Review:** Study project blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications thoroughly before site arrival. * **Team Leadership:** Direct, motivate, and supervise a 3\-person installation crew on\-site. * **Project Management:** Track timelines and resource allocation to ensure jobs are completed on schedule. * **Quality Control:** Inspect ongoing and finished work to guarantee it meets company standards and client expectations. * **Problem Solving:** Resolve any unexpected on\-site challenges or discrepancies in plans quickly and efficiently. Pay: $1,300\.00 \- $1,600\.00 per week Work Location: In person
