Now Hiring: Project Manager and Site Supervisor Location: Denver Colorado area Travel: Possible travel to Texas and San Jose California We’re seeking a Project Manager and a Site Supervisor to oversee apartment\-turn renovation projects in the Denver Colorado Area. The work may also require travel to Texas and Denver for projects with a similar scope. Both positions report directly to the company owner. **Primary Responsibilities** **Project Management** * Manage apartment turn projects from initial scope through final completion. * Oversee CapEx projects including exterior renovations, roofing, siding, painting, flooring, common area improvements, amenity upgrades, and building system replacements. * Develop project schedules and ensure all milestones are achieved. * Coordinate project activities with property management teams and residents when applicable. * Conduct site visits to verify quality, progress, and safety compliance. **Budget \& Cost Control** * Prepare and manage project budgets. * Review scopes of work and identify cost\-saving opportunities. * Track labor, materials, subcontractor expenses, and change orders. * Monitor project profitability and provide regular repo...
