As part of the Valleywise Health Compliance Department, the Internal Audit Manager helps identify and evaluate organizational risks and supports the execution of risk\-based audits across a variety of operational, financial, and compliance areas. Working closely with leaders throughout the organization, this role communicates audit results, identifies opportunities to strengthen processes, mitigate risk, and support organizational objectives. The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s internal audit program, including the selection, engagement, and oversight of qualified third\-party audit consultants and firms. This role ensures contracted audit resources perform services in accordance with organizational expectations, professional standards, and approved audit plans.
