Job Description Rehab Team, Inc. is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient\-focused **Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)** to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist to implement established treatment plans and help patients improve their strength, mobility, balance, functional independence, and overall quality of life. We are looking for a dependable professional with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high\-quality, patient\-centered care. **Bilingual Requirement Preferred:** Spanish\-speaking ability is strongly preferred to facilitate communication with our Spanish\-speaking patients, improve patient education, and support effective delivery of rehabilitation services.
