United States **We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the preferably in the bathroom, furniture or design sector.** **Responsibilities** * Responsible to reach project (contract division) sales targets in the reference area (Florida and Texas). * Responsible to identify key designers and developers of the area working in the luxury real estate and to build long\-term collaborations. * Responsible to present collections to Architects, Designers, Developers (A\&D) and other key stakeholders. * Responsible to develop/support A\&D and key stakeholders I setting up specifications for projects. * Responsible to define the strategic account plan to identify key stakeholders in the area. * Responsible to carefully prepare updates on the performances of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director * Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R\&D. * Cooperate with our HQ back\-office team to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing. * Contribute to achieve the sales target within the Region * Responsible to leverage on compa...
